Launch of the ECC and Call to Action on COPD: Event report and invitation to sign the online petition

On Wednesday 21 March 2012, the Launch of European COPD Coalition and Call to Action on COPD took place at the European Parliament, and was hosted by MEP Glenis Willmott.
COPD stands for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease. COPD is a long-term lung and airways disease that is not curable.

A report of the meeting is available as well as a short video that was displayed at the event and that clearly presents the spectrum of the disease.

Press Release: invisible COPD – Launch of ECC and its Call to Action

Out of the meeting a Call to Action on COPD was launched for support and signatures. You can share it with your peers and colleagues so that as many people as possible support our Call to end the spread of the disease.
