Management Board
The Board, composed of elected nominees from the EPHA Membership, provides advice, direction, and is the highest decision-making and governance authority. Highly experienced in public health and management practices, the board members represent the interest of EPHA and support its team by setting the annual work programme of the organisation, setting priorities and targets, reviewing EPHA’s financial management and scrutiny of annual accounts, and appointing the appropriate staff.

EPHA Expert Advisors enhance our capacity to respond to strategic challenges and opportunities and deliver evidence-based policy and advocacy work in line with our mission, vision and values. Our Expert Advisors have wide expertise and experience in the areas related to our current Strategy, including policy, advocacy and lobbying, communications and media engagement, intelligence gathering, strategic planning, and other key strategic areas conducive to our mission.
