Working groups
There will be three working groups:
1- Innovation in awareness, prevention and early diagnosis
2- Innovation in care and cure
3- Innovation in environment for active and independent living of the older population (it encompasses transport, housing, built environment and workplace)
A fourth group, transversal, will be established to discuss the definition of “active and healthy ageing”, the indicators, the financing issues (both at national level, incl. healthcare system and reimbursement, and at EU level, available funding. The idea for this fourth group is that it will ensure coherence between the three thematic, ensure the narrative and prepare the Strategic Implementation Plan (SIP)
