EPHA, together with 24 other European health and patient advocacy organisations, has submitted a formal complaint to the European Ombudswoman concerning the 2025 EU4Health operating grant procedure.
The complaint follows an unanswered letter sent to the European Commission and HaDEA on September 2 of 2025. It raises concerns over the absence of the 2025 operating-grant call, the lack of formal communication, and the use of informal “reputational-risk” guidance earlier this year.
